The time has come for my African Americans, Black Americans and Brown Americans to polish up on our survival skills. Seriously, the world is ugly, people who have the most, intend not only to have more, but not to share with those who need it the most, does this surprise or shock any? Nah, it shouldn't, been black all my life and already know not to expect. The old saying you need to be twice as good, is real, but now, due to gosh awful circumstances out of our control, I don't matter if you good. Start your garden now, start your herbal garden, take some tax bucks, hit the health store, buy a .....BOOK, YEAH one that tells you how to naturally heal and be healthy.
